1. Subject Matter & Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your relationship with Hungarian Markdex ("we", "us", or "our") concerning your access to and use of our desktop media guides, stream capture tutorials, screen recording methodologies, format conversion instructions, and batch processing workflow manuals (the "Service").

By accessing this portal, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have attained the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess the full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement under the laws of England and Wales.

2. Description of Educational Portal

Hungarian Markdex publishes editorial, step-by-step instructional handbooks relating to media management software, notably desktop screen recorders and video converters such as aTube Catcher and related processing utilities.

All materials provided, including our Windows Installation guides, Stream Capture workflows, and Batch Processing tutorials, are intended solely for technical, educational, and workflow optimisation purposes.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable English law, the guides and software tutorials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

Hungarian Markdex does not guarantee that technical procedures for Screen Capture or format transcoding will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every hardware configuration.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Subject to the above, Hungarian Markdex shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, corrupted media files, or loss of profits arising out of your implementation of workflow instructions.

7. Third-Party Links & Software

Our articles may reference third-party software downloads, codec packages, or external web repositories. We have no control over the nature, content, privacy terms, and availability of those external sites.

The inclusion of any hyperlink does not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorse the views expressed within them. Users install third-party executable files at their own technical risk.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms, their subject matter, and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

You and Hungarian Markdex both irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales located in London shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time to reflect legislative developments, technical improvements, or updates to our media documentation.
